As a gesture of gratitude for the business achievements reached in 2023 and to honor the hard work of all employees, DGW Fertilizer organized the "DGW Fertilizer Gathering," held from January 16-19, 2024, in Malaysia.

A total of 86 employees from the head office and regional offices participated, enjoying visits to iconic tourist sites across Malaysia. On the first day, participants embarked on a city tour to various landmarks such as Dataran Merdeka, Saloma Bridge, Cocoa Boutique, and the KLCC Twin Towers. The day concluded with a universe-themed Gala Dinner. Employee enthusiasm was shown, with participants donning a variety of costumes to enliven the event.

During the Gala Dinner, DGW Fertilizer management honored outstanding employees for their top performance in 2023. The Best Sales Performance 2023 awards were presented to Roni Fajar as Regional Sales Manager (RSM) East, Wisnu Yulistia as Area Sales Manager (ASM) East Java, and Andy Fachry Irvan as Area Sales Supervisor (ASS) Sulawesi I. The awards were presented by Mr. Eko Agus Kristianto, National Sales Manager of DGW Fertilizer.

The Best Employee of the Year 2023 awards were given to Syifa Aryanti from the Marketing Department, Fatah Didi Lutfitri from the Logistics & Supply Chain Department, and Kevin Marrent Natigor from the Finance, Accounting, and Tax Department. These awards were presented by Mr. Arbi Munandar, Director of DGW Fertilizer.

On the second and third days, participants enjoyed further outings, visiting Batu Caves, Genting Highlands, and various shopping and culinary spots before returning home. This gathering aimed to inspire DGW Fertilizer employees to continue delivering their best performance in 2024, contributing to the Company's growth.
