•  Minimum education S1 Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Industrial Engineering
•  2 years experience in the same field (Manufacturing Supervision)
•  Skilled in using computers, MS. Office
•  Have a leadership spirit
•  Willing to work shifts
•  Have problem solving skills
•  Honest and have high integrity

•  Make plans and requests for all the needs that will be used during the process.
•  Lead and supervise the production process to ensure it meets Company standards.
•  Responsible for achieving production targets and standard quality of production results
•  Ensure the production process runs smoothly
•  Set up work methods that refer to efficient processes and quality standards.
•  Provide guidance to subordinates so that subordinates can improve their abilities and carry out subordinate performance assessments.
•  Responsible for the order and discipline of subordinates
•  Make work reports and analyze work problems that occur to superiors periodically
•  Responsible for the cleanliness of the work environment and the work safety of subordinates
